Mastermind groups offer a combination of brainstorming, education, peer accountability and support in a group setting to sharpen your business skills. Members challenge each other to set strong goals, and most importantly, to accomplish them. The facilitator (that's me!) helps the group to dive deeply into discussions and works with members to create success — as each member defines it.

Masterminds require commitment, confidentiality, willingness to both give and receive advice and ideas, and to support each other with total honesty, respect and compassion. Mastermind group members act as catalysts for growth, devil’s advocates and supportive colleagues. And I ensure all members receive equal time and access to education on off weeks.

My mastermind is a 12-week program, with bi-weekly Zoom calls and education delivered on non-call weeks. There's also a private Facebook group for continued support for the entire 12 weeks.
